HUD established the Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse (RBC) to collect, process, assemble, and disseminate information on state and local regulations and policies affecting the creation and maintenance of affordable housing. The use of large imagery mixed with icons and a uniform color palette contribute to the designs' organized, professional, and modern feel.
